Do you ship with “Signature Required” option?
Typically, we do not ship UPS and FedEx small packages with the Signature Required option unless otherwise requested.  Freight shipments will require someone to receive the shipment and sign for it at the time of delivery.
What type of quantity discounts do you offer?
We have quantity discount price breaks that are clearly stated on our price lists.  Please inquire for pricing on quantities of 75+.

Do you ship Internationally?

With our extensive experience with export shipping, we can easily ship to countries all over the world. We have low rates on ocean shipments and air shipments.

Do you stock products?
Yes, we stock RO Membranes and Filters in San Diego, Peru, Illinois and in South Carolina. This allows us to fulfill most order requests within 24 hours. We stock Hydranautics, FilmTec, GE, Toray Membranes as well as Omnipure, GE, Matrikx and Pentek Filters.
What shipping options do you offer?

How can I track the status of my order?

We don’t list our entire line of products on our website.
